Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis at GPA’s Perth office, working closely and reporting directly to our State Manager for Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, business administration as well as supporting local team culture, social activities, assisting with HSE and HR requirements, administrative tasks, and invoice follow-ups.
Key Duties:
General office administration including reception duties and liaison with building management
Supporting HR functions through onboarding and inductions of new employees
Support the QHSE Manager to ensure local compliance with QHSE requirements
General business development support
Filing, scanning, word processing, and formatting
Minuting of meetings
Archiving in accordance with company policy in a timely and effective manner
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, we are seeking for candidates with great personality, has strong attention to detail, collaborative, ability to prioritise tasks, and with the following relevant skills and experience:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
A requirement for this role is to complete a satisfactory Australian police clearance.
